Please read the school's admission requirements carefully and submit.
Please prepare images of your passport and Japanese Association membership card.
Please apply using the transfer form. After confirming receipt of your application, our school office will send you information regarding transfer admission procedures via email.
Our school accepts transfer students throughout the year, regardless of whether it is at the beginning of the new academic year or the beginning of each semester.If you wish to transfer to our school, we look forward to hearing from you. .
In addition, for families wishing to enroll as new students or transfer students from the beginning of the 1st semester of 2024, we plan to conduct the transfer entrance exam at the same time as shown below.

Information on admission procedures for new/transfer admissions for the 1st semester
1. Target audience: Newly enrolled elementary school first graders to new junior high school third graders (students of all grades)
2. Accepting new/transfer admission applications
Please apply using the transfer form.
After confirming receipt of your application, our school office will send you information regarding transfer admission procedures via email.
3. All-at-once transfer entrance exam schedule
1st: Thursday, April 4, 2024, 2-part system
2nd time: April 8, 2024 (Monday) 2-part system

[Part 1] “Parent information session” (online meeting at home, etc.)
Time: From 09:00 to around 10:15 minutes
[Part 2] “New Transfer Entrance Examination” (face-to-face ceremony at the school)
(1) Time: From 13:35 to around 14:30
(2) Location: Manila Japanese School, each classroom
(3) Test content: The purpose of the test is to confirm the child's Japanese language and learning ability appropriate to their age and grade.
①For elementary school students, Japanese language and arithmetic (2 subjects).
②For junior high school students, Japanese, mathematics, and English (3 subjects).
After that, we will conduct an interview with the faculty member.
*For international marriage familiesWe will hold a meeting with the parents and the school principal.
4. Pass/fail result
The results will be announced immediately after the exam.
5. New/transfer date *School start date
・First semester opening ceremony: Thursday, April 11, 2024, regular school year
・Entrance ceremony: Friday, April 12, 2024 for new first-year elementary school students and first-year junior high school students
