１. Submitting the Transfer Admission Form
Please begin the transfer admission process using the application form below. Read the school's admission requirements carefully before submitting. Please prepare images of the following documents:

Japan Association membership card
After we confirm receipt of your application, the school office will email you guidance on the transfer admission procedures. Our school accepts transfer students year-round, regardless of the start of the school year or term, so if you wish to apply, we welcome you to contact us.
２.New & Transfer Admission Procedures
(1) Eligibility
From elementary Grade 1 to junior high Grade 3 (all grade levels). *Open only to families who meet the school's admission requirements.
(4) Results
Announced the same day, after the examination.
(3) Individual Examination Schedule
Scheduling: We will arrange the examination date and time after hearing your family's preferences.
Location: Manila Japanese School — individual classrooms
Content: The examination assesses Japanese language ability and academic ability appropriate to the student's age and grade level.
Elementary students: Japanese and arithmetic (2 subjects), approx. 30 minutes
Junior high school students: Japanese, mathematics, and English (3 subjects), approx. 30–40 minutes
(5) Start of Attendance
If the student passes, attendance may begin the following day.
