2026 Academic Year, Second Term Transfer Admission Examination — Information
1. Submitting the Transfer Admission Form
Please begin the transfer admission process using the application form below. Read the school's admission requirements carefully before submitting. Please prepare images of the following documents:

After we confirm receipt of your application, the school office will email you guidance on the transfer admission procedures. Our school accepts transfer students year-round, regardless of the start of the school year or term, so if you wish to apply, we welcome you to contact us.
2.2026 Academic Year, Second Term— Joint Transfer Admission Examination
(1) Eligibility
Grade 1 (elementary) through Grade 9 (Junior high school), i.e. all grade levels. *Open only to families who meet the school's admission requirements.
(3) Examination Schedule
Wednesday, August 19, 2026 — Two-part format (overview)

Part 1: Parent Information Session
Online meeting (Zoom) from your home, etc. / 08:30–10:00 (approx.)
Part 2: Transfer Admission Examination (in person, on campus)

Time: 13:00–14:10 (approx.)

Location: Manila Japanese School — individual classrooms

Content: Assessment of Japanese language ability and academic ability appropriate to the student's age and grade level. Elementary students: written test (Japanese, arithmetic) + interview / Lower secondary students: written test (Japanese, mathematics, English) + interview. For families of international marriages: an interview with both parents and the school principal.

Results: Announced the same day, after the examination.
(4) Enrollment Date (First Day of Attendance)
Second Term Opening Ceremony: Monday, August 24, 2026 — all grade levels
